Integrated Valuation Services (IVS) is a locally owned valuation firm servicing the Top End and Central Australia. Since 2000, we have been providing well-researched valuations and property advisory throughout.
We have two full-time offices in Darwin and Alice Springs. They are administered by our key leaders with experience in all market sectors. Our service areas include The Pilbara and Kimberley Regions of WA. The whole of the NT and Western and Northern Queensland.
IVS began operating in Darwin in 2000 with Ross Copland. Since then IVS has grown with the NT and gained invaluable market and local knowledge across 20 years of local involvement.
